Jenn M. O’Donnell
B.A. in English, St. John’s University ’18
First year M.A. candidate
In chapter twenty two of her narrative, Jennifer graduated St. John’s University with a B.A. in English after a long journey between two majors. Born and raised in New York City, Jennifer’s literary interests have always been a wide array of subjects. Those subjects include the following: British + American literature, Shakespeare, Comparative migration literature, Post colonial literature, digital studies, poetry and more. As a first year M.A. student, she is currently testing the waters and exploring her options as she takes the opportunity to learn more about what the program has to offer.
Aside from her subject interests, one of her main focuses is creative writing. She has a strong passion for it and looks forward to evolve as a writer overall. As an undergraduate Senior, Jennifer was an Event Representative for SJU’s Disney Club here on campus. It was one of the most memorable experiences for her and she has returned as an alum who helps the club with their events. The club and Disney continue to play a large role in her life.
