STJ Adjunct Faculty Colloquium: September 12th, 2016 – 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.

STJ’s Center for Teaching and Learning would like to welcome adjunct faculty, both new and returning, for the Fall 2016 semester at St. John’s University.  CTL invites all to the Adjunct Faculty Colloquium.

This event will take place on Monday, September 12 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on the Queens Campus in the University Center, Suite D and will be video conferenced to the Staten Island Campus in the Campus Center, Faculty Dining.

 

The program will include brief presentations on:

Welcoming Remarks, Dr. André McKenzie, Vice Provost for Academic Support Services and Faculty Development

Teaching at St. John’s, Herb Chain, Adjunct Associate Professor of Accounting and Taxation

The University Mission, Rev. Patrick J. Griffin, C.M., Executive Director of the Vincentian Center for Church and Society

Technology Services for Faculty, Eric Alvarado, Director of Academic Technology

Library Services, Cynthia Chambers, Associate Professor, University Libraries
