Dear all,

We wanted to take a moment and thank everyone who was able to attend the welcome (back) events held yesterday: the Orientation Session as well as the Mixer we held in the evening. We are excited to see our department be able to take some time to get to know each other and start building connections as we begin a new academic year. We welcome all new students to St. John’s and wish everyone has a successful beginning to their Fall semester.

We look forward to continuing to develop these relationships and see faculty and students at our other events this semester. As an update, please note that our September 15th program, entitled “Comps Demystified,” will be held in DAC 407. You will find the event flyer, as well as the St. John’s At a Glance sheet we handed out at orientation attached to this message.
