Welcome back to campus on a chilly morning in January! It’s gorgeous and quiet, with single digit temperatures and Sunday’s snowfall still mostly untouched. The calm before the semesterly storm!
We have lots of exciting things going on for S25, including a public lecture and course by our distinguished D’Angelo Chair Professor, Erica Hunt, the annual grad student conference, to be held on Sat March 29, and the latest issues of the Humanities Review and Sequoya. There should also be an event to celebrate the publication of the Whitman on Walls! volume featuring SJU poets.
But more about all those things in due course. We are glad to be back together after a lovely winter break!
