Love & Football Amore e Calcio Join us for a staged reading of the new play translated from Italian by acclaimed poet and actor, Dave Johnson. Love & Football is the story of two brothers who are passionate about the beautiful game. In response to an influx of refugees and immigrants to their small Italian town, they decide to create their own local World Cup. Let the games begin! Tuesday, October 10, 2017, 2 pm Queens Campus, D’Angelo Center, Coffee House The event is free and open to the public. Presented in collaboration with the St. John’s University Italian Cultural Center and Dr. Geoffrey Yeh Art Gallery.
