It is with GREAT pleasure I announce the newly-minted Dr. Justine Wilson! Dr. Wilson defended her superb dissertation, “Madness is the Emergency Exit: A Survey of Super Trauma,” on Friday, March 24. Her committee, Drs. Robert Fanuzzi, andré carrington (UC-Riverside), Shanté Paradigm Smalls, and Jennifer Travis, all were extremely impressed by the well-researched and argued work on the history of trauma and madness in the Batman universe.
