Copy editing Ed. dissertations

Any graduate students interested in working to copy edit dissertations from the Education department should contact Dr. Rene Parmar (parmarr@stjohns.edu) as soon as possible.

The dissertations require a through copy edit for accuracy, syntax, and clarity before being submitted to ProQuest. The editor should be able to work with the “track changes” feature of Word. The pay is $20 / hour, and each dissertation requires 5-10 hours of work. The Education department produces roughly 8-12 dissertations per year.
