Doctoral Dissertation Deadline change: April 1

Any of you who hope to graduate this spring with your D.A. degree, please note that I’ve moved the deadline for scheduling your doctoral defense with your advisor and committee back a few days to April 1. St. John’s will be closed for Easter recess from April 2-6, so the old deadline of April 5 was not going to work.

Here’s the rest of the spring submission calendar for DA students:

 For doctoral students who want to graduate in May 2015:

All reader’s copies of the dissertation must be distributed by March 15.

The oral dissertation defense must be scheduled and completed by April 1.

Copies of the dissertation are due to the Dean’s office by April 23 (for official check).

Final copy of the dissertation on watermarked paper to the Dean’s office by May 2.
