Sarah is a PhD candidate (ABD) in English at St. John’s University. She works as the Director of the Center for Academic Success at Manhattan College. She has taught a variety of writing courses, including first-year composition, business communication, writing center pedagogy, and college experience and reflection at a number of universities across New York City. Her research interests include literacy practices, writing in higher education spaces, and feminist theory and praxis. She considers herself a pizza connoisseur and is always down to grab a slice and show you photos of her pit bull.
