Congrats to Jane Clay and Nathalie Virgintino, who each successfully defended her dissertation during the busy first two weeks of the fall semester!
We at St John’s are pleased and proud to welcome Dr. Clay and Dr. Virgintino to the ranks of PhD recipients in English.
We didn’t get good congratulatory pictures in the rush, and in fact Dr Clay vanished before we could get any picture at all, but here, courtesy of Concordia College, is an action shot of Dr Virgintino teaching.
